Become a Member of GAA
To become a member of Global Alliance of Artists, we ask that artists fill out an application (hyperlink.) Please note, that there must be some action towards one's social cause. This demonstration is what differentiates GAA from simply an organization of artists. GAA is fundamentally about developing a network of socially-conscious artists who can make significant steps towards solving some of our most pressing social issues.
In addition to being a part of a collaborative social statement of the role of artists in the world, there are more specific benefits to being a GAA member:
- Access to an international network of artists who share similar goals. The network allows artists to connect with each other to exchange ideas on arts and social challenges.
- Connect with other nonprofit organizations aligned with artists' social interests. Other nonprofit organizations can also help artists move forward with their desire to make changes on specific social issues. GAA is working on developing partnerships with other organizations to achieve our goals.
- Facilitates public exposure of artists and their art work through Visual Directory and other media.
- Opportunities to participate in GAA special programs that actually work on selected social causes.
- Information on exhibits, conferences, and other events that are related to the strategic areas of social challenges.
